Our Story
Eric and Jason Piekarczyk are brothers who were born and raised in the Bay Area. Their connection to the community and the outdoors shaped how they built Synergy Power. After seeing the benefits of solar in their own homes, they wanted to help other local families and businesses gain more control over their energy use.
Eric and Jason brought more than 20 years of hands-on construction, solar, and energy storage experience to the company. In 2017, they founded Synergy Power around trust, careful workmanship, and personal service. Today, the team designs and installs solar and battery systems for homes and businesses across the Bay Area while keeping the family-first approach that guided the company from the start.
Our Experience
Jason earned his general contractor license in 2005. A few years later, Eric joined him and turned their shared interest in building into a family partnership. Together, they worked on projects ranging from school auditoriums to commercial remodels. That work taught them the value of careful planning, quality construction, and attention to detail.
Over time, their focus shifted to residential and commercial solar. In 2017, they launched Synergy Power and expanded their ability to help Bay Area homeowners and businesses gain greater energy independence.
The goal remains simple: treat each customer like family and pay attention to the details that shape a successful project. The team includes NABCEP-certified professionals and experienced installers with more than 45 years of combined field experience. Each proposal is designed around the property and the customer’s needs, whether the project uses a rooftop, canopy, or ground-mounted solar system.
From system design through installation, Synergy Power focuses on safe work, clear communication, and reliable long-term performance.
