Eric and Jason Piekarczyk are brothers who were born and raised in the Bay Area. Their connection to the community and the outdoors shaped how they built Synergy Power. After seeing the benefits of solar in their own homes, they wanted to help other local families and businesses gain more control over their energy use.

Eric and Jason brought more than 20 years of hands-on construction, solar, and energy storage experience to the company. In 2017, they founded Synergy Power around trust, careful workmanship, and personal service. Today, the team designs and installs solar and battery systems for homes and businesses across the Bay Area while keeping the family-first approach that guided the company from the start.

Journeyman Electrician

Synergy Power is a family owned and opreated Solar company based in Livermore. We are looking for trained Journeyman Electricians who are motivated, hard-working team members to join our installation crew in the Livermore area. Construction or solar experience required.

Job Type: Full-time, long-term

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with Residential and Commercial solar installations.
  • Assist taking measurements relating to solar installations.
  • Assist determining the type of materials and tools that should be used for installation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of solar operations.
  • Meet with building department inspectors.
  • Interact with customers daily.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years experience with roofing, solar and/or electrical installation.
  • Must have a high energy level, be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Punctuality and dependability is essential.
  • Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain).
  • Work with crew members to complete projects within established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily
  • Ability to work safely on rooftops with various angles and surfaces
  • Maintain a clean driving record

Experience

  • Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Electrical Experience: 4 years (Required)
